All your purchases can be exchanged/refunded when the following conditions are met:
1- You can return or exchange your purchase within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
2- All purchases must be in their original condition, i.e. unworn, unwashed and bearing the product information and brand tag.
3- The amount will be returned (after deducting the costs) if all the conditions for return are met.
4- The customer is not entitled to return or exchange products if purchased during offers and discounts after the end of the offers period, unless there is a problem with the product that requires replacement, the value of the product is the value of the promotional offer.
5- The customer’s receipt of the shipment from the shipping company is an acknowledgment by the customer that the shipment (carton) is in good condition and has not been opened before receipt.
6- Products that were purchased before the promotions and sales periods may not be returned during the promotions and sales periods.
7- The value of shipping and tax is not refundable in case of exchange or return.
Refund of money:
After receiving the shipment from the customer and verifying the integrity of the returned item and the validity of the terms and conditions, the money will be returned through the following methods:
1- In the event that the payment is made through one of the electronic means “mada or credit card or other”, the amount will be returned “after deducting costs” to the bank account / card paid through it / through it with us upon request.
2- In the event of payment (cash / cash), the amount will be returned to you immediately (cash / cash).
*The period of receiving the refunds for the customer depends on the requirements of the bank.
